Yak Power is an awesome electrical component system that is relatively "plug & Play, other than the mounting of components.
First up is the main power unit and command center consisting of the flush mounted controller and the wire junction box (power unit). The system I went with has 5 circuits. There is another model that has a wireless control unit as well.
I mounted the power unit inside the hull where all the wires will be hidden. One note* the controller cable is only about 22" long which in my situation was not long enough to reach back to the power unit. This will need to be determined for your individual build because you will need to get an extension cable depending how far the controller is from the power unit. The extension cable is not included in the main kit.

The pic below shows where I mounted the 10AH lithium battery. The compartment box to the left is removable and provides access to the hull. This is where I have the Yak Power main unit installed.
Once I installed the main unit and controller, I began adding the components.
Bow navigation lights. These are super bright and easy to replace if needed thanks to the pass-thru connection.
Here is a shot of the pass-thru connection. The LED light strip plugs into this. The LED strip has 3M tape that secures to the kayak.
Next item is the YP-LR360-PRO Lightning Rod. White LED 360 degree navigation light with flag.
This connects to the controller for the designated button "S" for stern.
The flag pole easily breaks down for storage.
The unit comes with all the mounting hardware. The base which has the mounting socket and additional electrical socket that can be used for accessories like a GoPro.
Next is the Yak-Power 2-Piece Super Bright LED Button Light Kit. I went with blue LED's for interior lighting. I mounted one on each side of the gunnel just forward of the seat.
The last item was a USB port for phone charging. This also has a voltmeter display.
